SELA's 2nd annual Gala is scheduled for Saturday, March 22, 2025, 6:00-9:30pm.

We are just a few short weeks away from this year's Annual Gala! This event began last year, as SELA celebrated 20 years providing an International Education, and has become an annual occasion.

Join us on March 22nd for an unforgettable evening filled with celebration, community spirit, and heartfelt gratitude! Enjoy appetizers, entrée buffet, desserts, captivating dance performances, inspiring guest speakers, silent auction, and more!

All profits from the night will benefit a local charity dedicated to supporting children in need, aligning with SELA’s commitment to community service. By attending, you'll not only mark a significant milestone with us but also contribute to a worthy cause.

This is a cocktail attire and an adult only special annual event that is open to current, past, and future families, as well as staff and community members. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Arrive Hungry: Indulge in a variety of passed appetizers, a buffet dinner, and a decadent dessert station throughout the evening.

Captivating Dance Performances. Enjoy exciting performances by The Querencia Dance Company! Since 2001, they've been the heart of Boston's salsa scene, and they're bringing their talent and energy to our Gala!

Thought Provoking Keynote. Hear from Kimberly Crespo Ph.D., CCC-SLP as she shares research insights from her role as the Director of The Bilingual Learning Lab at Boston University.

Alumni Reflections. Be inspired by stories from alumni as they reflect on their SELA Journey and the paths it's taken them on.

Celebrating our Sponsors. Our amazing business sponsors will be in the spotlight, showcasing their support and commitment to the cause.

Silent Auction. Bid on a wide variety of items from 6:00–8:45 pm. The winners will be revealed during the closing ceremony at 9:00 pm, so don’t miss your chance to take home something special!

Giving Back. This year, all proceeds from the Silent Auction, as well as any profits from Sponsorships & Ticket Sales (after event costs) will benefit Cradles to Crayons. Our goal? To raise $10,000 for this incredible organization!

Thank you to all who joined us last year as we celebrated SELA’s 20th Anniversary! February 4, 2024 was a night of celebration, giving back to the community, and gratitude for the support of our families. With appetizers, Chilean dance presentations, special guest speakers, a silent auction, and a video commemorating highlights over our last 20 years in providing an International Education, it truly was a special event!

All proceeds from ticket sales and the silent auction, a total of $14,200 was donated to Catie's Closet, a local charity that shares SELA’s community service commitment to supporting children in need, so not only were attendees celebrating a major milestone with us, but also making a positive impact in the community.

This will now become an annual event for SELA open to staff, current & past families, and community members.
